Takuma Watanabe
Takuma Watanabe presents a series of acrylic paintings visualizing the energy of unconsciousness. Throughout his lifetime he has been fascinated by natural and fabricated forms, such as molecular formations and sacred mandalas. Watanabe's first solo exhibition, Portrait in Art, materialized through a deep introspection achieved during the solitary year of 2020. Watanabe's "self-portraits" are not just reflections of his own unconsciousness, but also encourages the viewers to reflect on their own internal psyche.
