"Before I Do: There's Something to Know."

Doing is a collection of actions informed by our thoughts. Thoughts show the awareness of being intuitively or conditionally informed, resulting in a knowing that is transposed to a medium. As artists, we keep interest in our own creations. We speak and listen knowing that everyone's story is in constant change, evolving into who we are today, open to the change of tomorrow. In this exhibition, these artists—Emmett Wigglesworth, Larry Weekes, Sasha Chavchavadze, Brian Branch, Jean Dominique Volcy, Ba Djibril Ngawa, Beverly Watson, and Darla Ebanks—present as they express their understanding of their own doing, being, and becoming.
