" PERSPECTIVES ON WOMEN"

Traditionally, the portrayal of women was done by men - great beauties, queens, fine ladies, workers in the field, dancers, symbols of liberty, goddesses, all were portrayed by men. In modern times, women themselves have taken on this task. In this show we place the accomplished artist Robert V Reid, who often paints women, next to four women artists varied by age and background to see what emerges.
